How do I get access to your property deals?
We release 3–6 new off-market deals every Monday morning. Investors on our buyers list get first access with all property details, photos, and bidding instructions.
How does the bidding process work?
You’ll receive an email Monday morning with available properties. Offers are due Thursday at 1:00 PM. We review all offers and notify the winning bidder Thursday afternoon.
Is there a fee to join the list?
Nope — it’s 100% free to see our deals!
Can I finance these properties, or are they cash only?
You can certainly finance properties. We accept hard money loans and commercial financing (with a hard-money or cash backup option). In some cases, traditional financing may also be acceptable.
I’m new to real estate investing — can I still work with you?
Absolutely. Many of our buyers close their first deals through us. We can connect you with financing options, contractors, and property managers so you can hit the ground running.
What’s the difference between a wholesale deal and buying through a real estate agent?
Wholesale: off-market, discounted, faster timelines. Agent/MLS: public listings, more competition, longer timelines. We focus on off-market so you see discounted opportunities first.
Do I need to have an LLC to buy a property from you?
No. You can purchase as an individual. Many investors choose to form an LLC for liability and tax purposes, but it’s not required to buy from us.
How do I know if a deal is right for me?
We provide a property details sheet, a full video walkthrough, and inspection reports from licensed third-party home inspectors so you can make an informed decision.
What if I want to invest in Wisconsin but don’t live there?
We work with out-of-state investors all the time. Our local network and weekly deal releases make it easy to buy, renovate, and manage properties from anywhere.
